This request :

http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/reverse?format=xml&lat=49.0181068&lon=1.9479645&zoom=18&addressdetails=1

reports the village to be "Vaux-Sur-Seine", but it should be "Evecquemont". The point is in the good relation (Village=Evecquemont), but I think Nominatim takes a wrong part of the road to guess the village (A big part of this road (RD922) lies in "Vaux-Sur-Seine".)
