Hello there.

I am trying do download png or pdf files but it does not work. I have Windows and I tried it at work and at home on different computers. I can't download a thing.

It says that it is rendering but then it says timeout, and then nothing happens.

Hope you can help. Keep up the good work.

[Added to the original trac issue at 5.47pm, Tuesday, 16th February 2016]

Those exports run on the live tile server and have various limits on the amount of resources they are allowed to consume in order to protect the server's primary duty of serving tiles for the map.

So unfortunately downloading complex areas will sometimes timeout, especially at busy times.
