OS Win10, Browser Firefox Dev 47
If I search the town by inserting the following coordinates: LAT 45.18875 LON 9.74716 , Nominatim returns Camairago(SP27) instead of Cavacurta.

That was most likely a data error which has been fixed in the meantime.
