Hi,
The street with a bike and trolley shared lane is kind of common in Mexico, and considered as a safe infrastructure by cyclists, it is actually a replicating model.
It doesn't appear on the map. As a result, people map twice: the street with its right and left lane (invisible on the OpenCyclemap) AND a false cycleway.
The default tag for shared lane is:
