I got a message from a Turkish user who said some muslim people were a bit uncomfortable with using the Red Cross symbol for hospitals and pharmacies. Actually he's right because in Muslim countries the Red Crescent symbol is common. One could use a 'H' instead for rendering. For graveyards it's simple to choose symbols according to the religion tag - but there's no such easy way for hospitals.
Of course for pharmacies a different symbol should be used - maybe the famous snake symbol does the trick.
