Look, if you want me to help you need to provide full details of your problem.

We run many web sites - which one exactly are you complaining about?

Is it, by any chance, http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/?

Sorry, I have inserted this code on my web: http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/search? to perform searches and returns this error: bandwidth limit exceeded.
I explain myself now

So what you need to do is to make sure you are complying with the usage policy, which you can find here:

https://operations.osmfoundation.org/policies/nominatim/

In particular make sure you are providing appropriate referer and/or user-agent information.

Once you have done that anyt block should lift automatically after a few hours.
