Allow for search by "full plus codes" like 87C4VXQQ+WP and "abbreviated plus codes" like VXQQ+WP Washington, DC (both are the same place).

There are some reference implementations on github, which will make things easier.

Providing support for plus codes will be of huge help for places with no street names like many rural areas in Brazil.
