Searching by a postcode is not returning any results - FreeThePost code API is working, as is geonames.

The FreeThePostcode API does not actually appear to be working - this URL:

http://www.npemap.org.uk/cgi/geocoder.fcgi?format=text&postcode=en11+8bd

is currently giving:

Error: Postcode area 'EN' not found, postcode probably invalid

Sorry - I was confusing FTP and NPEMaps a bit there, but the point is that we use NPEMaps and that seems to be broken.
