That's pretty hard to fix unfortunately, as it would mean having to read the details for all the traces, and the whole point is to only read one page's worth...

Hmmm I see. It does kind of make that listing useless then. A tag cloud of some sort would be more helpful. It is still a bug though. ;)

Page 2 link is incorrect the page 2 should append page/2 to current URL

eg
http://www.openstreetmap.org/traces/tag/Australia/page/2
but Page links are :
http://www.openstreetmap.org/traces/page/3

Should be a trival fix?

Not only is it a different issue, it's also already been reported as case #561. For the record it is also not trivial to fix as I can't understand why it isn't working already, and nothing that I have tried to fix it has worked!

The tag list on the traces pages was removed in 2013, so I'm closing this issue.
