In Mac OS X, JOSM should use the command key for shortcuts instead of the control key. Almost all Mac applications use the command key for shortcuts, so it would be good to be consistent. Also, certain control shortcuts are appropriated by the operating system by default (e.g. in Mac OS X 10.5, ctrl-arrow keys by default controls "Spaces" - workspaces) so it would be good to avoid this.

JOSM issues should be raised in the JOSM trac at josm.openstreetmap.de.
