Description

Mapnik appears to be using a single font for rendering that doesn't have Chinese characters, as such, Chinese text is currently rendered as boxes... see http://www.informationfreeway.org/?lat=30.911486120948744&lon=120.3678917087996&zoom=7&layers=0000F0B0 as an example, the three cities shown are Nanjing 南京 (north west), Shanghai 上海 (east) & Hangzhou 杭州 (south west)...

same for Georgian and probably Abhaz languages.
