Khanda symbol for Sikh places of worship #682

The Khanda symbol is generally associated with the Sikh religion. Currently this is not shown on any layer for Sikh places of worship.

Here is a patch with cleaned-up symbol and rules. Unfortunately it doesn't scale really well, so it will need further adjusting before it can be commited.
