The OSM_Notes_API is missing from the main OSM API.

Patch to pull notes from uploaded gpx files (untested due to rmagick install/version issues plus gps_points has no id field apparently needed by trace.rb#186 exists?)

Thanks for the submission - I'll have a look at it in detail after Easter (I'm away until then).

I would just say that it might have been a good idea to say what you were doing, as I know there are other people that have been looking at this...

It looks OK from a quick scan, although it looks like it doesn't actually interface with the web site at all at the moment, which is the major thing we're aiming for with this system. You've been a lot more thorough than I would have been though - I don't think I would have bothered with a full history like that to start with ;-)
