At present, if you upload a GPX, you have to wait for it to process before you can use it in Potlatch - sometimes 2hrs.

Given that the trace is already accessible at /trace/84508/data (or whatever), Potlatch could theoretically import it anyway.

Will require Potlatch to automatically work out the start point rather than taking it from the API.
