The icons (at least in the Mapnik style) are not centered around where they belong. This is visible in e.g. a power=tower tag, where the cross-like symbol should be exactly on top of the node, but is actually even shifted 2 times its height to the top.

(In [7185]) Center icons properly (was done only in x direction). Closes #791.
