This was a way with just one (duplicate) node.

I assume I tried to delete this way. I can't be absolutely sure there wasn't any broken data there before.

Strictly speaking a one-node way isn't broken... but I agree it's not remotely useful. :)

Can you remember what edits you were doing that might have caused the way to be abbreviated to one node?

Assuming this was created by a way ABCA, then points B and C being deleted, Potlatch will now trap this.
