if you go to http://openstreetmap.org/user/thereisnoonewiththisname , you get a blank page. A page which alert the user that the user requested does not exist would be better.

The attached patch will show the following when there is no use with the username:

thereisnoonewiththisname

Sorry, there is no user with the name thereisnoonewiththisname. Please check your spelling, or maybe the link you clicked is wrong.

(In [7555]) Report a friendly error for attempts to reference a user that does
not exist. Closes #805.
