In the selectionbox to tag a way, there a "footpath" can be selected, that uses as tags "highway=footway, foot=yes". Imho it is a little confusing to use both footpath and footway and I propose to change the headline from footpath to footway.

The preset menu entries are meant to be 'friendly' summaries of the tag, and footpath is a more commonly used English word than footway. In a future version I'm planning to add internationalised versions of the preset menu, so you can have 'footpath' in your own language. :)
