There is an encoding problem when filling tags with cyrillic symbols(displays something like . ).

Already filled tags(previously filled with josm or potlatch under windows, for example) show normal

I've tested it on two machines with Debian Sid and Arch, firefox and opera
with flash player v.9,0,115,0.
It was also reproduced by another user.
my locale is ru_RU.UTF-8

Screenshot of the problem:

Unfortunately this isn't something within my power to fix - it's a bug in Linux Flash Player.

Adobe is aware of the bug and I hope they'll fix it in the next release.

Until then, there's a (slow) workaround you can use: type the characters in another application, and copy-and-paste (ctrl-C/ctrl-V) into Potlatch.

Hi, just a short question. Can we apply some replace stuff to the German maps in OSM? Like replacing all occurrences of Str. Str. Strasse and strasse with Strae?
