When adding a way to a relation, the previously-used relation should be suggested first. This would make it easier to add many roads to a cycle route, since you generally want the same relation each time.
Also, the suggested relations should be sorted by those that you are using in that session, so that if you are using two or three bike relations they appear at the top of the list, and the multipolygons will filter down to the bottom.
