When saving a file from the Export tab, it would be good if the filename had a timestamp appended to it - this would look nicer than the map.pdf, map(2).pdf, map(3).pdf... I have lying around. It would also help identifying when a file was exported, since the file's original timestamp from the OS can get lost relatively easily.

I don't see that a timestamp giving the time of the export is very helpful - how often are you going to have multiple ones and remember at what time the one you wanted was done?
It's also quite a hard thing to do as the filename generation is not all in one place - each of the various export services decides on the filename to recommend separately.
