As of potlatch 2.1-21 the feature appears as "R Repeat tags" under "shortcuts" in "help", but does not work, at least not on Linux/Google Chrome or Linux/Firefox.

I find various references to Potlatch 2 supporting the "R" key to repeat tags from the last selected node or way. I can't get it to work.
I'd love to see:
Repeating tags can indeed be dangerous. But at least in an "advanced mode" it is very useful, and helps keep the database free of typos and clutter.
